This is one pillow cover with one side being fall and the other winter for an easy seasonal switch! This is the pillow cover only with a punch needle design on both sides. 

Pillow Cover Size: 18 x 18 inches. You can find pillow inserts online for less than $10 from Walmart, amazon, or even craft stores. The pillow could also probably fit an 20 x 20 insert for extra fluffiness!
