No! I use a company that prints and ships for me as orders come in. So I dont have to worry about holding any inventory upfront. This has helped me keep up with the demand of some of my products.

For these launches where the items are made to order, I cannot accept any exchanges or returns. (Unless it is the wrong item or damaged) These are made as orders go in so I dont hold inventory to exchange or sell it again directly from me. BUT if you have any problems with your order when it arrives, please email me!

If you receive a damaged or wrong item in your order please reach out immediately to bookbabedesigns.contact@gmail.com with your order number. This needs to be done within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your package seems to be lost please make sure you check the shipping address you entered. If its because of a wrong shipping address I cannot reimburse for that.

If the shipping address was correct and its still lost, please reach out to your local post office first or ask surrounding neighbors. Sometimes packages show up a couple days after it was said too.

I ship international for both types of launches, BUT for the limited stock launch where I pack and ship items myself, I cannot ship to the EU/UK. For these unlimited launches I am able to ship to the EU and UK, including everywhere else!

I am NOT responsible for any customs or import fees. I have no control over how much your country may or may not charge you for a package coming into your country. Please do your own research so you can be prepared.

The shirts are printed using the method of DTG. This has been one of the best printing types I have found. BUT for better prolonging the print on the apparel, please wash them inside out in cold water with a low dryer heat setting or hang to dry.

All washers and dryers are different SO PLEASE pay attention to the machines you have.

Mugs are another item I am able to sell because I dont have to hold the stock or ship them myself. I was told these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT all dishwashers are different.

I honestly suggest handwashing them to really help protect the print. I have a lot of customers that do both and the mugs are fine, BUT there is always the instance that your washing machine could fade the design.

For these launches where the other company prints and ships for me, they are able to ship faster than I do on my own. Usually after an order is placed it takes 4-5 *business* days to fulfill. Then it will ship out. When you check out it should give you an estimate when you will receive it. This is just an estimate, delays can happen.
