Turn around time?
Hey babes! I have my current processing time set at 2-4 weeks, (this does not include shipping times) I always plan on getting items out asap and around the 1-2 week mark. BUT I have this set just in case. More details on my FAQ and Orders & Shipping page :)
MUGS: If you are purchasing a mug, these are going through a third party company (so I dont have to try and make the mugs and ship them) and they will be made asap and shipped to you! I would give it a week or maybe two, depending on where you live.
PRE-ORDER: The above information does not pertain to pre-order items. All pre-orders are different, so make sure you see the turnaround time stated in said pre-order.
