IF MUG ARRIVES BROKEN: Please know this is inevitable and I wish I could make sure every single mug arrives perfect, but with past mugs I have realized that is not going to happen. If your mug arrives broken please take picture and email me asap so I can verify it and get you a replacement sent out ASAP!
You will have five days from the time the shipping has said "delivered" to reach out and let me know if it arrived broken.
