These ARE an oversized fit. So your normal size will be oversized. I have a large on in the photo, but the medium would be just as oversized! All depending how you want it to fit.
The sleeves on these are very long and so is the bottom hem. They do not cinch at the waist.

I ALWAYS recommend washing with COLD water when items are cotton.
Since these are embroidered on the front, you need to be a bit more careful when washing. Modern washer and dryers are much more powerful. Dont wash these with items that the embroidery thread can snag on, like jeans, buttons, etc.
Wash on a gentle washing and drying cycle!
